Invite B to come in. Compliment A’s place.
Ask B to sit down. Thank A.
Ask what B would like to drink and tell B what you have. Tell A what you would like to drink.

2.

Introduce B to C. Say “hi” and “nice to meet you” to C. Say “nice to meet you, too” to B.

3.

A B
Ask where B works. Tell A where you work and ask A where s/he works.
Tell B that you don’t work, and that you are studying Chinese in college. Ask if B likes her/his job. Answer A. Ask A if s/he likes her/his school.
Answer B.

A: Answer it. Ask B does s/he also like to do …(activity)… during the weekend, right?

B: Say yes or no.  If no, then tell A what you like.

A: Invite B to do something.

B: Say OK, and indicate that you would like to treat.

A: Why B wants to treat you?

B: Make up a reason for the treat.
