今年我教六年級三班。應該說，對于六年級三班，無論是學生狀況還是教學方法，自己心裏是沒有底的。此前我一直教八年級一班。說老實話,教一班的老師是很倖運的。因為相對來說，一班的學生，華語基礎比較好，基本功比較紥實，有的學生已經學了八九年，而且每年都是在一班；而有的學生家庭的語言背景很有利于學國語。反觀三班的學生，有的來自于非華裔家庭，有的家庭語言為粵語，有的才學了一年的國語——。以上種種只是外部的客觀因素。我們知道任何事物任何現象，決定的因素是內因。一班的學生和三班的學生（就大部分而言）區別就在于學習的主動性和學習的努力刻苦程度之不同。十幾歲的孩子，要讓他們有明確的學習目的，有明確的人生目標，是很睏難的。要讓他們排除五綵繽紛的外界的誘惑，安下心來學習，尤其是學國語，談何容易。一個人的習慣，（且不談世界觀）是慢慢的在不知不覺中形成的。一個良好的學習習慣是怎么形成的？不是先天就具有的，而是后天在一個好的學習環境中形成的。人們都說，父母是我們人生中第一個老師。從呀呀學語，到是非善惡的辨識，父母無時不刻在教給我們一些什么。讓孩子從小就有一個學習的渴望，形成一個好的學習習慣，父母家庭是一個決定的因素。”人之初，性本善。性相近，习相远。苟不教，性乃迁。教之道，贵以专。昔孟母，择邻处，子不学，断机杼。养不教，父之过。” 講的就是這個道理。這么多年的教學經驗也驗證了這個道理。總體來說，一班的學生學習主動，力求上進，渴求知識，這是與他們傢長對他們有明確的要求，花了大量時間陪同他們一起學習，不厭其煩進行傢庭輔導所分不開的。可以這么說，每個孩子如果有所成就的話，一定與其父母所付出的成正比。我記得，當我在教八年級一班的時候，每次放學後，總有許多家長會來問其子女的學習情況和課堂表現。有教師和家長的互動，才能為學生創造一個和諧的良性的學習環境和氛圍。當然， “教不嚴，師之惰”。雖然三班的學生學習比較睏難，情況比較復雜，不乏調皮搗蛋和生理多動之狀況，但也有許多孜孜不倦學習，力求上進的學生，這就需要我們教師付出更多的愛心，更多的關心，根據他們不同的情況因材施教，挖掘出他們的自尊心和上進心，讓他們真正感到學習國語的樂趣，原來學國語並不是那么的難。讓他們明白，只要他們努力學習，認真上課，要趕上，甚至超過二班，一班的同學是完全可能的，是做得到的。
