Greater Portland Association of Chinese Language Schools (GPACLS)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a02014 summer teacher workshop<\/strong>
\n<\/span>School heads and teachers,
\nThis year\u2019s summer teaching training program will be held from August 1-August 3rd<\/sup> (Friday to Sunday) at Portland State University (PSU), 3rd<\/sup> floor, room 375 Neuberger Hall.\u00a0 The school is located at the corner of Broadway and Harrison.<\/p>\n

The aim of the program is to delve into the subject of bridging the expectation of foreign teachers in the U.S. mainstream education with the approaches that are taken on in independent Chinese classrooms.\u00a0 Our special guest and prominent teacherYujen Lien from the<\/p>\n

Overseas Community Affairs Council Republic of China (Taiwan) \u00a0who has implemented the craft of merging effective use of technology into the classroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Details of the course curriculum are as follows:<\/span>
\n<\/span>Date of training: August 1-3rd<\/sup>.
\n<\/span>Check-in time: August 1st<\/sup> at 1:00 pm at 375 Neuberger Hall.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Lesson times:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
