來臨的週五/週六即將為我們銘華中文學校開學日，開始上課前，幾件事情提醒您，請您務必配合與留意，謝謝:

Coming Friday/ Saturday is our first day of Ming-Hua Chinese School (@UHS). There are few things needed your cooperation. Thanks!

• 教室號碼:241 請務必遵守:只從正門口進入學校 / Room# 241 (Please always enter school from main entrance)

• 上課時間: (星期五)18:00-20:30 ; (星期六)9:30-12:00 學生可於上課前五分鐘開始進教室；​如果老師不在教室裡，學生也請在教室外面等候。​/ School Time: (Fri)18:00-20:30 ; (Sat)9:30-12:00 Students may enter classroom 5 minutes before school start.​ If the teacher isn’t in the classroom, you may wait outside of the classroom first.​

• 如果您的孩子本週將不出席，請務必回信或傳訊息告知老師。**If your child would be absent this week, please kindly reply or text me. Thank you.

• 自備物品：已經削好的鉛筆、橡皮、筆記本或白紙、文件夾、水、點心、衛生紙 / Things we may need in class: sharpened pencils, eraser, notepad or blank papers, binder​ or folder​, water bottle, snack and tissue box.

• 提醒家長，關於在放學時間的注意事項:
  I need all parents kindly cooperate with ​us​, if you need friend or relative to pick your child for you when school finish. You must provide a note that shows your child’s name, your signature, the date, and who going to pick up your child (sample shown as attached file in the email). Students under grade 7 are not allowed to leave school by him/herself. Please DO NOT illegal parking, the traffic ticket fee may cause $200. If you were late to pick up and didn’t see us in the classroom, then you need to go to office upstairs RM#301 to pick your child. Thanks for your attention and cooperation.

1. 找不到停車位：請家長放心，如果您因為無法找到停車位，而時間又已經過了放學時間，請遵守切勿臨時違規停車，警察會不定期巡邏​開罰單(罰鍰$200)，如果學生不在教室裡，一定就在樓上301的辦公室裡。
2. 如果放學時間爸爸媽媽無法親自來接孩子，請務必填寫email附加檔案中的託管單，交給老師，感謝您的用心與配合。(學校規定：七年級以下的孩子不允許自行離開教室，請家長配合，謝謝!)
