Time allocated for Each Chapter will be about 3 or 4 weeks, depending all on the school calendar and also on the students’ abilities.  Normally 1st week’s homework would be vocab and copying text, 2nd week would be workbook and copying text, 3rd week would be composing sentences, then dictation in the following week.每單元或每課大約用三至四星期時間教授,視乎學校的行事曆及學生進度而定,通常第一星期的功課是寫生字及抄書,第二星期是作業及抄書,第三星期是造句及預備默生字。All of the above are served as guideline ONLY, the final decision will be up to the homeroom teacher.

以上功課編排只供參考,最終以老師課堂上的決定為準。

Strongly advise all parent to encourage your child to complete all homework by himself/herself each week, and hand them in by the following Saturday to ensure your child has enough practise at home and at school for a better understanding of the learning material and to create an interest in learning the language.

請各家長多鼓勵同學們將每星期功課做好,並於下星期交回,  以確保同學們在家及學校有足夠的練習機會, 好讓他/她更能掌握所學, 繼而增強他/她對學習中文的興趣。

第五課   渥太華–小組活動, 齊齊做海報.  每位同學參與, 並且每人口頭介紹海報其中一部份.

Chapter 5    Ottawa–group project to make a poster.  

Each student takes part in making and presenting the poster in Cantonese in class.
