養成順手拿發票的習慣，這很重要，當你回到家時，就可以將發票上的金額寫入記帳本中，還可以詳細分類。
 

　　
　　遇到不會開立發票的店家（如快餐店等），就可以在出門前準備一些小紙條與方便攜帶的筆，將所買的東西與金額記下，這樣就可以回家整理。（不一定要買現成的小筆記本，其實利用廢紙就可以了，弄成小張的，會比較好攜帶；筆可以去文筆店找小巧精緻的，很多種類）
　　
　　記帳本可以去買＂家庭收支簿＂，去大型的書店找，絕對會有，而且種類繁多，裡面的內容非常詳細，一定要記得，花了錢就要記下，就算是使用信用卡也是一樣。
　　其實記帳的本質，不是要我們每天機械式的記下今日的支出，然後結算餘額就好了，這樣的記帳，沒有幾個月就會力不從心，我二年前就是這樣的記帳心態。
　　
　　一直到上個月初（10月），我又重新對我的花費記帳，但這次，我先去買了一本家庭收支簿，裡面的項目詳細（內容去書店看吧，跟服務人員請教放哪就可以了），算是一樣好的記帳工具。
　　
　　更重要的是，記帳，［除了讓我們清楚錢花在哪裡，更能讓我們規劃財務目標］，這才是那些理財專家要我們記帳的用意。

　　知道上個月的花費是在哪裡，就可以大致掌握下個月的花費，製作下個月的［收支預算表］
　　
　　例如我10月的［總收入為21,000元］，［總支出為18,000元］，[額外閒錢為21,000-18,000=3,000元]，

我也就可假設11月的總支出也是18,000元，而總收入也可能會是21,000元（收支預算表），那平均每日花費為（18,000元/30天＝600元），這是因為11月只有30天，而算出這個數字的用意在於，只要每天花費剛剛好等於這個金額，那麼，我就會多出3,000元任我自行花用了；反之，每天花費超出600元，那到時就會透支到那3,000元，也就不會有這3,000元用了。
　　
　　那現在如果，我每天花不超過600元呢?這樣我到時的錢不只會有3,000元，如果這時你又有訂定財務目標，像我是短期的目標［存錢買機車］，每月存，假以時日，我就可以存到我要的金額。

　　至於如何保持這個習慣，這就要建立好心態，只要好好記帳，不只可以清楚知道每月的花費，更可在收入與支出間，找出空隙，挖出閒錢，達成需要的夢想，重點是，還不會太過於克制自身的欲望（上面所寫18,000的支出，包含了我的伙食費，娛樂費，網路費，手機費，水電費，電話費等一切支出），享受金錢在你手中任你操控的感覺，呵呵，我想我上癮了！
