不像英文使用不同的單字表達月與日，中文只需要多學會三個字詞 -月（Month)，日（ri，day)和星期（week)，再加上剛才學的數字就可以完全表達日期以及一週七天。以下爲月與星期的中英對照表，你發現其中的規則嗎？
以今天是September 10，Thursday爲例，中文的表達方式是：九月十日，星期四。是不是很簡單呢？你可以用中文說和寫出你的生日是哪一天嗎？也歡迎家長協助小朋友學會說自己的生日是哪一天，到學校與同學們分享吧！進入下方的學習平台，就可學會如何發音和更多資訊。
Unlike English, that has different words to represent different months and days of the week, Chinese expresses those words by combining 月 （yuè，Month) or 星期 (yuè qī，week) with the numbers you just learned. The following list shows the twelve months and days of the week. Can you identify the pattern?
