合作式學習法在中文教學上的應用 (Cooperative Learning in Chinese Classroom)

順便跟大家分享一篇我很喜歡的文章: Crowdsourcing Information in the Classroom
其中, 最喜歡的一段話: “The economy is rapidly changing and jobs are more heuristic – demanding that employees learn, discover, understand, and solve problems on their own. “
讓學生學會自己去探索, 自己去解決問題, 找出答案是現代教學很重要的一部分.
Crowdsourcing Information Instead of Lecturing
Step 1: Challenge Students to Generate Information in Collaborative Groups
Step 2: Encourage Students to Research Using Their Devices
Step 3: Collectively Review the Crowdsourced Information
~~~ 最近不知不覺走向這樣的教學方式, 很喜歡呢, 原來, 也有這樣的名詞出現了 喜歡不只是合作學習, 也把數位結合一起了. 雖然學校的設備不足, 兩個禮拜才能用一次電腦教室, 但是最近常讓學生用手機查資料找答案, 他們都好喜歡喔. 讓學生自己去探索, 去發掘及找出答案, 遠比老師滔滔不絕講課有趣多了. (4.22.2013 @ FB)
以上, 是四月時我寫在FB的一段話, 距離現在又快4個月了. 新學期開始, 我將有3個班是iPad 1:1, 很開心 (雖然, 還是有很多擔心), 我相信把合作學習跟數位結合真的會是一個很棒的結合, 希望我的學生們能學的很開心. 老師們也都教的很愉快.
再加一個合作學習的數位工具跟大家分享~ padlet.com
祝老師們開學快樂喲!!
Tips for Grading Cooperative Learning Lessons (11.8.2013)
“How can we grade them fairly? In my experience, the answer to that question depends on the type of lesson as well as its purpose.“
A. Cooperative Learning for Practice
基本上, 作者認為一些平常的練習, 雖然是合作學習, 但是共同把學習單完成, 並不意味著每一組的組員都充分了解了此次活動的重點, 這樣的合作學習活動不必要給整組成績, 而是可以用assessment的方式評量學生是否都理解了.
B. Cooperative Learning Projects with Products
如果是分組進行的合作, 而且有產生”Product”, 那就應該有一個評分方式.
“Many teachers address this issue by assigning roles when students work on projects and simply grading each student’s part in the project. That strategy is effective when the tasks can be divided into clearly defined roles, but some projects are too complex to be broken into separate “grade-able” parts. “
關於這點, 作者提出”Using the Team Project Evaluation“. (呵, 英雄所見略同, 我也用了類似的表單喔)
