demanding that employees learn, discover, understand, and solve problems on their own. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u8b93\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u6703\u81ea\u5df1\u53bb\u63a2\u7d22, \u81ea\u5df1\u53bb\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c, \u627e\u51fa\u7b54\u6848\u662f\u73fe\u4ee3\u6559\u5b78\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Crowdsourcing Information Instead of Lecturing<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Step 1: Challenge Students to Generate Information in Collaborative Groups<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Step 2: Encourage Students to Research Using Their Devices<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Step 3: Collectively Review the Crowdsourced Information<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">~~~ \u6700\u8fd1\u4e0d\u77e5\u4e0d\u89ba\u8d70\u5411\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u65b9\u5f0f, \u5f88\u559c\u6b61\u5462, \u539f\u4f86, \u4e5f\u6709\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u540d\u8a5e\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86 \u559c\u6b61\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u5408\u4f5c\u5b78\u7fd2, \u4e5f\u628a\u6578\u4f4d\u7d50\u5408\u4e00\u8d77\u4e86. \u96d6\u7136\u5b78\u6821\u7684\u8a2d\u5099\u4e0d\u8db3, \u5169\u500b\u79ae\u62dc\u624d\u80fd\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u96fb\u8166\u6559\u5ba4, \u4f46\u662f\u6700\u8fd1\u5e38\u8b93\u5b78\u751f\u7528\u624b\u6a5f\u67e5\u8cc7\u6599\u627e\u7b54\u6848, \u4ed6\u5011\u90fd\u597d\u559c\u6b61\u5594. \u8b93\u5b78\u751f\u81ea\u5df1\u53bb\u63a2\u7d22, \u53bb\u767c\u6398\u53ca\u627e\u51fa\u7b54\u6848, \u9060\u6bd4\u8001\u5e2b\u6ed4\u6ed4\u4e0d\u7d55\u8b1b\u8ab2\u6709\u8da3\u591a\u4e86. In my experience, the answer to that question depends on the type of lesson as well as its purpose.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A.\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px;\">Cooperative Learning for Practice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a, \u4f5c\u8005\u8a8d\u70ba\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e73\u5e38\u7684\u7df4\u7fd2, \u96d6\u7136\u662f\u5408\u4f5c\u5b78\u7fd2, \u4f46\u662f\u5171\u540c\u628a\u5b78\u7fd2\u55ae\u5b8c\u6210, \u4e26\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u8457\u6bcf\u4e00\u7d44\u7684\u7d44\u54e1\u90fd\u5145\u5206\u4e86\u89e3\u4e86\u6b64\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u91cd\u9ede, \u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5b78\u7fd2\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7d66\u6574\u7d44\u6210\u7e3e, \u800c\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528assessment\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8a55\u91cf\u5b78\u751f\u662f\u5426\u90fd\u7406\u89e3\u4e86.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">B.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: center;\">Cooperative Learning Projects with Products<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u5982\u679c\u662f\u5206\u7d44\u9032\u884c\u7684\u5408\u4f5c, \u800c\u4e14\u6709\u7522\u751f&#8221;Product&#8221;, \u90a3\u5c31\u61c9\u8a72\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u8a55\u5206\u65b9\u5f0f.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8220;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\">Many teachers address this issue by assigning roles when students work on projects and simply grading each student&#8217;s part in the project.
