親愛的鄉親朋友們:

雖然氣候依然炎熱, 但我們期待的中秋節就快到了.

台灣同鄉會準備在九月十七日(星期六)下午5:00pm—-7:00pm 在Brentwood River Park 1100 Knox Valley Drive (Brentwood圖書館旁邊) 舉辦同鄉聚餐.

依照往年慣例; 請各家同鄉準備一份與大家共享的拿手好菜.  同鄉會將準備 月餅, 水果 , 以及飲料.

此次同鄉會將提供每人一粒,  廣式蛋黃蓮蓉月餅給大人,  小粒豆沙月餅給十歲以下孩童.  如有剰餘則拍賣, 所得同鄉會基金.

請大家踴躍參與. 也誠摯歡迎攜帶親朋好友們參加,  但請付非會員費; 每人$7.00 , 孩童五歲以下免費

2. 讀課本75 頁”口說好話” 並錄音在9/16 週五下午五點傳給老師.

叮嚀:

1. 9/3 勞動節 9/3, 假日學校休息, 不上課.

2. 9/10 – 校外活動/教學- 到划龍舟 Nashville地點集合. 請家長務必在場. 詳細集合地點會再另行通知.

3. 9/17 – 恢復正常上課. 小考- 考寫11 課生字. (老師讀字, 小朋友把字寫出來)

Reminder:

1. 9/3 – Labor Day, no shcool

2. 9/10 – Field Trip – Dragon Boat Festival in Nashville. We will be meeting at the Dragon Boat event. Parents, please be there with your child. I will forward the detail meeting location later.

3. 9/17 – back to normal school schedule . We will have quiz on chapter 11 for writing the words we learned.
