We finished the vocabulary in Lesson 2 including 信用卡 （credit card)，簽 (sign)帳單 (bill)。 We read the text in Lesson 2 and explained the meaning of the text. 

We also practiced recognizing each other's names in Chinese. I think students were surprised that they don't really know each other's name after several years of being in the same classroom! I will continue doing so and hope that it might help create a sense of community for our class.

Finally, we played a game where one student read the new vocabulary and the teams had to write them on the board. Students did a GREAT job and had so much fun!

For the homework, students have to finish writing in the Blue book including p. 16,窗，信。P. 17, 卡，帳，單，簽。P. 18, 箱。  

Next week we will have a quiz on all the (1) vocabulary we learned in Lesson 1 & 2, (2) sentences structures including Translation (from Chinese to English) and Unscramble phrases.

Last but not least, I put the recording for Lesson 2 on the blog. Please listen and practice it. I will ask students to read in the class in the next class.
