最難寫最難讀的一個漢字

念biáng，或者連讀：「比昂比昂」。

是陝西的一種麵食~biáng biáng 麵。

古稱渭水biáng、biáng，

古時人用渭河之水和麵，做成寬如褲帶的麵條。
在康熙字典中有這個字。

關中的民謠：
一點撩上天，黃河兩道灣，
八字大張口，言字往裡走，
你一扭，我一扭；
你一長，我一長；
當中夾個馬大王，心字底月字旁，
留個鉤掛麻談糖，推個車車逛咸陽。
就是寫這個字的順口溜。
