冬至快到了，給大家介紹一個簡單的小吃 ── 鹹湯圓。

   我的茼蒿用完了。

材料：絞肉、蝦米、糯米粉、油蔥酥、醬油、白胡椒、芹菜末、茼蒿、高湯。

作法：

    1.糯米粉加冷水揉成糰。

    2.蝦米切碎放入鍋中炒香，加入1/3絞肉放鍋內炒熟，加入醬油炒乾，熄火拌入油蔥酥，放涼，再拌入剩餘絞肉，加入白胡椒、鹽調味，並加少許太白粉水。

    3.取少許糯米糰挖小洞，包入絞肉，搓成圓形即可。

    4.一鍋清水燒滾放進湯圓，另一鍋燒高湯。

    5.碗中放少許油蔥酥、芹菜末、白胡椒及燙熟的茼蒿，放上煮熟的鹹湯圓，淋上高湯。

一碗熱騰騰、香噴噴的鹹湯圓就好了。不管正餐或宵夜都很好。沒煮完的湯圓放入冷凍庫，隨時都可享用。
