首先再複習一下如何開啟〝懶人包〞

懶人包是一包免安裝的軟體，每次使用時都須先做這個動作(重新開機後)。所以我們須找出放懶人包的檔案夾，如圖一。

打開檔案夾會看到如圖二。

按下圖二箭頭所指的檔案，就會在toolbar上看到如圖三箭頭所指的icon。

接著我們要來討論〝螢幕擷圖工具 PicPick〞      

PicPick是在圖像處理的檔案夾內，所以

按toolbar上的懶人包icon(別放開)，就會如圖四。

選圖像處理中的螢幕擷圖工具(如圖五所示，紅色框框)，就會在toolbar上看到如圖六箭頭所指的icon。別任何為什麼軟體沒開啟，因為它已經等在那兒，等待您隨時差遣。

按下(別放開)toolbar上 PicPick 的 icon，你就可以看到如圖七的圖了。

如果使用過〝FastStone〞、〝Screen Hunter〞、〝Jing〞等擷圖工具的人一定對於這個介面中箭頭1與箭頭2與箭頭3所指的功能不陌生(〝擷取選項〞放在新版的懶人包的編輯器的program option中)。

〝擷取螢幕〞

其功能就是把在螢幕上所看到的圖取下來。有時看到圖，無法用〝按滑鼠右鍵〞將其複製，那就可用這項功能。

當點選〝全螢幕〞，它就馬上複製整個螢幕。

若選〝使用中視窗〞〞、〝視窗控制項〞：移動滑鼠就會出現紅色框，移到你想要的範圍，按一下，即可。

〝區域〞：讓你隨意選取大小。按住滑鼠，拉出大小，再放開。

〝固定區域〞：填入區域大小之後，每次選取都同樣大小。

〝手繪區域〞：用於選取不規則之圖形區域。

 當選取完圖後，會自動開啟編輯器讓你編輯圖像。

當打開圖像編輯器，看到如圖八(沒有中間的圖)，使用方法與一般圖像編輯器(Window內建小畫家)相似

〝顯示尺規〞：可測量圖之大小，方便po圖在部落格時，設計圖之範圍。使用完畢，按滑鼠右鍵，選〝取消〞結束功能。

〝打開白板〞：可將螢幕當做白板使用。若螢幕設為素色，可免去老師吃筆灰的問題。

結束以上功能都用按滑鼠鍵右鍵極可。
