小吃 ── 雞捲

在海外,大家都會做一點台灣小吃

今天還介紹一下〝雞捲〞的作法

材料:絞肉1磅

       魚漿半磅

       洋蔥2小個 ── 切丁

       青蔥6支── 切蔥花

       紅蘿蔔1支── 切絲

      地瓜粉6大匙

      鹽、胡椒粉、五香粉適量

另將里肌肉切條醃醬油、五香粉、糖,備用

皮可用紫菜或豆腐皮

作法:將所有材料拌勻,最後加入地瓜粉,加粉之後別拌太久。

      取適量拌勻物,放於豆腐皮上,中間包入一條里肌肉,捲起。

      做好全部後用熱油炸熟。

 小黃瓜切薄片,用水果醋醃漬。

將雞捲切塊,可沾甜辣醬,並可加小黃瓜吃更好吃。雞捲
