Making Mochi (2013~14 2nd)

To celebrate the end of the school year and a final wrap to the Chinese class, students were involved in the process of making Mochi.  Students learned the cultural ingredients and Chinese terminology needed for each step from start to finish.  The final edible product and Mochi making festivities are posted below.
