The registration form for next semester (grade 8) had been delivered to you. Please present it to your parents, fill it out, and hand it back to the teacher next week. According to the school’s instructions, the OEN number must be filled out. Parents can find the OEN number on the student’s day school report card. Currently, the school is only collecting $10 (registration fee), CASH only.

Chinese Culture Summer Day Camp will be held at 888 Progress Ave., Scarborough on August 15-19. The program is designed to teach and share Chinese culture and heritage while have fun. There are art & crafts, folklore sport, Chinese folk dance, group activity, etc. Please contact Minghua Mandarin School in case you are interested in this program.

The assignment for this week (April 16^th) is to make a list of your top 2 challenging/difficult words or sentences from lesson 8 through lesson 9. Please write down the ways of how you memorize the top 2 difficult words. For example, if you were trying to memorize the word food, you memorize them by relating pictures. I will be more than happy to see the creativity from all of you. The homework should be handed in next week on April 23.
