In the handout I gave to you in class titled, “About Myself”, includes a list
of optional but encouraged questions that you should answer. However, the very
last question – “Why learn Chinese” is the only mandatory question that must be
included. That question must be answered with no less than 50 words.

you permission to be released from the classroom to be picked up elsewhere.
Then, bring back the form next class.

reminder to bring all your school stationary to class next week (binder, pencil,
eraser, etc.)

On May 30, I gave you two “gifts” in the class; one is “filial piety”, the other is “do-good”.

After watching videos (from internet link) in the class, I hope you keep in mind to love your parents with patience, care and respect. That is the idea of filial piety. In addition, please do-good as much as you can in your daily life. It is more blessed to give than receive.

The school will hold a closing ceremony of this school year in the gym on June 6. Parents are invited to attend the ceremony with your children. The closing ceremony will be one and half hours in length, please ask your parents to pick you up one hour earlier than usual.
