2016年2月19日的回家作業，要請同學看兩支有趣的短影片／視頻之後（https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GldwdbwPEvQ、https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3MxTEoATyQ），以手寫方式寫一篇至少50個字的看後感想，請儘量應用到從第一課到第六課所學過的字詞，作業請在下次上課時（2月26日）交給老師。 

下周（2月26日）上課時，將在課堂上舉行唐詩背誦比賽，並選出本班前三名同學，代表本班參加全校的唐詩背誦比賽，請同學們熟背「送孟浩然之廣陵」（http://media.huayuworld.org/culture/topic/03html/14new.htm）和「渭城曲」（http://media.huayuworld.org/culture/topic/03html/34new.htm）兩首唐詩。

「2016年加拿大多倫多地區兒童華語文能力測驗」http://blog2.huayuworld.org/minghua/，定於4月23日（周六）下午2時起，於Unionville High School內舉行，成績單與證書定於6月23日寄送。

該項測驗共分萌芽級、成長級、茁壯級，屆時將頒授證書。可報考簡體字測驗（報名費18元）或正體字測驗（16元）兩種，報名費請以支票支付。

報名簡章2016-Children’s Chinese Competency Certification Guideline和報名表2016-Children’s Chinese Competency Certification Registration Form如所附檔案，請打印後填寫報名，盼請家長能鼓勵您的子女踴躍報考，以鑑定學習的成果。敬請家長協助貴子女填寫報名表後，於2月26日上課時將報名表和支票交給老師，由銘華中文學校代為報名，如未能如期繳交，敬請自行郵寄報名。

如您的子女已通過茁壯級考試，建議可鼓勵您的子女進一步報考「2016年加拿大多倫多地區華語文能力測驗」2016-Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language Guideline、2016-Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language Registration From，考試時間與地點為4月23日（周六）下午2時於Unionville High School舉行，成績單與證書定於6月23日寄送。

該項測驗可報考簡體字測驗（40元）或正體字測驗（30元）兩種，報名費請以支票支付，報名簡章和報名表如所附檔案，請打印後填寫報名。敬請家長協助貴子女填寫報名表後，於2月26日上課時將報名表和支票交給老師，由銘華中文學校代為報名，如未能如期繳交，敬請自行郵寄報名。

Dear students of Grade 7-1 on Friday in Minghua.

The assignment for this week (February 19^th) is to watch the two videos（https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GldwdbwPEvQ、https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3MxTEoATyQ）in which you will be writing a minimum of 50 words reflection based off of the videos. You must incorporate words that you have learnt throughout lesson 1 to 6. The more the better! Please hand in a handwriting next class on February 26^th.   

We are going to have a contest of reciting the two poems of Tang dynasty (送孟浩然之廣陵http://media.huayuworld.org/culture/topic/03html/14new.htm、渭城曲http://media.huayuworld.org/culture/topic/03html/34new.htm) in our class next class on February 26^th. The top three will be selected in our class. They will represent our class to compete with the other students in the school. Please do memorize two poems of Tang dynasty.

In addition, the 2016 Children’s Chinese Competency Test http://blog2.huayuworld.org/minghua/ will be held at 2:00pm on April 23 (Saturday). The location will be at Unionville High School. The report card and certificate will be sent on June 23 this year. 

Regarding the test level, there are sprouting, seedling and blossoming levels. You can decide which level your children are going to attend for the test. Your children may have the option either for the simplified test or traditional test. For simplified test, it costs $18 and $16 for traditional test. Please pay it by check attaching with the registration form. 

The registration form2016-Children’s Chinese Competency Certification Registration Form and guideline2016-Children’s Chinese Competency Certification Guideline are attached. You can print a copy of the attached files and fill it out. This test is not mandatory but please encourages your children to attend for assessing the result of learning. 

Please hand in the registration form with the check in the upcoming class on February 26^th. Minghua will forward your registration form and check to the test centre. Otherwise, you have to mail the registration form with the check to

Education Division Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Canada (45 O’Connor Street, Suite 1960 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1P 1A4) by March 18^th. 

If your children had already passed the blossoming level, please encourage your children to have the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language.（2016-Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language Guideline、2016-Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language Registration From） The time and location of the test is as the same as the above.

Please hand the check attaching with the registration form to the teacher on February 26^th, or you can mail it to Education Division no later than March 18.
