西北區僑務委員會於9月13日(星期日)下午1時至5時，假西雅圖華僑文教中心（1008 140th Ave. NE Suite 108. Bellevue, WA 98005）舉辦海外數位華語文師資培訓,種子老師陸璋講授電腦網路教學技巧，並介紹目前教師們使用使用Blog和moodle平台的教學經驗。
